I was just wondering why is it soo hard for my hair to grow? and why does it grow so slow? does anyone have any solutions???

Maby try a prenatal vitamin. also trimming just a little of the ends on the new moon.I heard also extra zinc helps. i have been trying all of this.

It has worked somewhat. i dont have as much breakage as i was having. as far as growth my hair is long now for me it is down to the middle of my back. Another thing good for breakage is tee tree oil. It is in aussie 3 minute miracle.Tee tree oil helps me. Since last year i have less breakage with all these things.

you could try an oil massage or even a dry massage every second day or everyday for ten minutes to increase the blood circulation. i did it it for two months everyday very long back. when i went for a hair cut to my usual hairdresser then, she was amazed at how my hair had become thicker and healthier!

Organic extra virgin coconut oil! Eat it and put it on your ends. Also, don't shampoo it very often, maybe twice a week but use conditioner every time- especially a natural, deep conditioner. Also try coconut milk (form a tin) "soaks"- pour it into your hair and wrap your head in a warm towel.

olive oil and an egg mixed together and left on preferably over night! The new moon tip also works! Products with sulpher help like DMSO and Hair, skin, and nails, also B vitamin shots. Love tuxedo meow
