I can feel the flu starting up. It's been going around for the past few weeks, and it's a bad one... finally my back and shoulder injury is starting to feel better (although I'm still attending physiotherapy), I've just had three days of feeling better than I have in over a year, and about to take a two week holiday to really relax and get myself feeling great - BUT NOW I'm starting to get the flu! I know this doesn't sound important compared to other illnesses, but pleeeeeeeease, if anyone can send healing to help me fight off this flu before it takes hold I would really appreciate it! I already had the flu (with a chest infection) for SIX WEEKS a few months ago!!!! I just need a break from all this "illness".

(I've already taken vitamin C and am doing all the 'good things' I'm supposed to do... I just know that some healing would really make a huge difference).

" Echinacea "
has worked pretty well here .. i.e. certainly not a cure ..
but any 'infections' seem to go away fairly quickly ..

I agree with HD, Echinacea seems to be good for flushing out germs.

Love and Light to you.

Feel better soon!!

Thank you! I'm running low on funds right now so I'm trying to make do with vitamin C (3000mg slow release in divided doses), olive leaf extract, and drinking green tea. I need this to go away in the next two days before I go on holiday! (On top of this I also got my period today. woohoo.)

that may help to flush it out of you also. DRINK A TON of water, that may flush you also. if you have nasal and/or chest congestion, try a HOT shower and blow as much out of you as you can while you are in there. and SLEEP as much as you can also.

Feel better!!

When I feel like I'm getting sick I take vitamin C and zinc until I feel better. It usually works and I end up not getting sick.

Three days now and I think I'm fighting it off pretty good... I'll remember to drink lots of water (I've been bad at that lately. :P )so thanks for reminding me! And I coughed up tons of white phlegm in the shower this morning... gross... but at least it's not green...

echinecia and zinc-wash wash wash hands-careful waht else you take with C as some wipe out the C. Boil your water or at least filter it and use the purple plate if you have one...Also the old saltwater and lemon drink mix to flush the bowels. Capsican, no dairy, some folks swear by clearing their nose by inhaling salt water up each nostril every AM-Try to drink enough fluids until your urine runs clear instead of yellowish...

Thank you! I'm feeling a lot better now, although a bit wiped out. Always takes a bit of time to feel completely better!
