I have taken a lot of stress which might be causing negativity and over sensitiveness. Now even if there is no one I think I started talking to myself, even if I sleep, I am talking and explaining things. I know this is too bad.

You are Bluemoon, that is why your love color is blue, Am I right.
I learnt in Aura cleansing that love is pink in color.
