So I've been feeling sick to my stomach on and off for 2 days. and it keeps coming and going, which is really annoying. Does anyone know of some quick ways to get rid of it...I'm basically just sick of feeling sick, lol.

Benadryl
or Cola syrup
or Pepto Bismo
unless.....
you are possibly pregnant
or have eaten tainted food.
If you dizzy or headaches,
see a doctor.

Try 7up [really cold of course]
Dry crackers [saltines/wheat/whatever]

The 7up setles the tummy, the crackers absorb and dispel all the stomach acids causing havoc.

We always keep 7up on hand for our family. So far it's never failed us. This was my dads remedy when I was young and refused the pink stuff, LOL!

Good luck to you! Sorry to hear you're not feeling well...

Lime juice always works for me. If you can't handle straight up, fresh squeezed lime juice, you can try making limeade (like lemonade only with limes instead). I make it with honey and/or agave nectar instead of sugar whenever possible.

* Ginger tea
* Vitamin B6 (buy as a separate supplement and use it just when you feel nauseated)
* Medication by the name of 'Paramax' - it contains paracetamol plus something else that stops the nausea.
* Aloe vera juice sometimes helps me, but I think it doesn't necessarily agree with everyone when they're feeling sick.

I hope you're feeling better!

Chicken broth or vegetable broth with ginger and cayenne can help too.
