I can relate to your going to the emergency room - you feel like you want someone to help you stop it.

My thought is that you are more powerful than you think. You may need to do some grounding work first. I'm no expert but I do remember reading over the years that something as simple as putting your bare feet on a wooden or stone floor, or on the earth, reminding yourself that you're grounded and safe.

You may also want to use the the phrase "Gentle Healing On" and ask for a benevolent guide to gently guide the energy and opening of your chakras. Stuff like that :smile:

I did some palm reading for about 9 months in the late 90's. I didn't think I was doing it right because I was expecting magical feelings, Disney sparkles and fairy guides with wings, but the process was more mundane than I ever thought it could be. A friend of mine who is psychic and makes a living at it told me that I was working to hard before that, that my expectations were getting in the way. When I realized that my process wasn't about angelic music and bright lights flashing around a persons aura, I was able to simply and easily see what God was presenting on the persons hand. I was more powerful than I expected just being my little old mundane self.

So I guess I'm trying to say, don't underestimate a simple phrase.

Maybe instead of "Healing On" you can imagine one of those light faders on the wall that starts out with low soft lighting and gradually increase the energy by lifting the fader.

OK, I've gone on a long time, I have a feeling you get what I mean.

I think that bisquet was a good idea. I hope it was a heavy delicious one.

I definitely need to do some grounding work.

Interestingly, the day after this happened, I saw my little peridot stone sitting on the dresser. I haven't seen it for so long, but it was like it suddenly appeared to me with a purpose. It had a look to it like "I'm here!" I haven't done any crystal work for a long time, since the last time I did it the energy was moving too fast. So the night before last, I just sat holding my little peridot while I worked at the computer - not giving any instructions or directing any energy, but trusting the stone to do it's own thing in it's own time. I ended up getting little tingles all over my shoulders, back and chest, and by the end of the night my shoulder pains were a lot less! I'll keep working with the peridot for now, and maybe alternate days with an emerald - and then get back to my own innate healing work very slowly like you said.

I'm so glad to hear you're doing better. The Reiki people gave some good advice, I think I'll take some of it, too. I loved hearing about your work with the Peridot. I don't know anything about it, but I do have the experience of stones sort of coming into my life at unexpected moments. I just hold them in my pocket or in my hand like a friend.

I recently had two pieces of rose quartz enter my life. Believe it or not, I think an over seas love interest manifested it for me when Saturn entered his 11th house of love received. I thought he was going to get depressed about a relationship. He actually did, but he also kind of latched on to me. Saturn being the planet of dark skinned people - I have dark skin - I entered his life at that time and him manifesting that pink love stone - Saturn rules stones - well, another friend actually had tell me that this is what happened. It was exciting and fun to realize. I want to say this stuff is no joke, but it can be funny and fun sometimes.

Anyway, glad to hear you're doing better.
