i was perusing purple plates on-line looking for some super sale when I noticed these ciggie cases available from www.teslasociety.com . I have had experience with these plates and the way they seem to relax addictive behavior, taming the cravings so to speak..i knew there was a thread or two on quitting smoking on here somewhere-
i was advising some folks I know off-line about using the small plates by placing them in the plastic wrapper of the cigarette packages. the cases shown might be more elegant but either way I have seen folks really lighten up on smoking gradually day by day. FYI
