I never add salt to my food and I don't cook with it... years ago I used unrefined sea salt for a while. I am wondering if anyone else here uses unrefined salt and is it bad for you in any way? It's so difficult reading about salt of any kind on the internet because the sites I find are related to salt companies!!!

Use sea salt in your food to your taste. Rock salt is also good. Regular salt has the good things removed and some bad things added so stay away from that.

Yep I definitely stay away from refined salt. Does sea salt and rock salt still contain anything that would contribute to health problems associated with salt though?
