Ok, I don't know if you know, but Norway is one of THE most restrictive countries when it comes to available supplements and dosages.. I've been seriously annoyed by this a long time and it's not a new issue, but I just got so ****** off right now, I just checked the homepage of the manufacturer of my spirulina supplement.. The Norwegian label says that TWO tablets pr. day is the maximum dosage, and any more than that can be potentially dangerous to your health. The manufacturers website says the daily dosage can be anything from SIX to TWENTY tablets, and that some people even take 20-40 pr day!! I'm just so angered by this freakin' babysitting and needed to rant about it someplace.. sorry.. *GRRRRR* I'm surprised I can even get my hands on my spirulina legally in this country, considering all the restrictions about what's available!! *arghhh*IP: Logged |
