hello hello..i am trying to get in touch with the earth and learning and training myself to become grounded. i am overly hyper active and always stuck "up there" most of the time. LOL my root chakra is at a wopping 36% low...
how do i balance all of my energies so i can change and grow? please help with some pointers or ways, steps on how to train myself getting "in touch" with the earth... thanks so much in advance
