more kali recipe

take one cup of rice flour (any size cup)

take 2 cups of buttermilk (use the same cup as above) - churn the curd in water ... don’t add any garnishing like asafoetida

mix both to get paste and add salt to this

heat very little oil in pan. sauté red chilli and add the paste and starting churning the ladle immediately, else it clump up

when you get a dough like consistency, you know your dish is ready

you can also add a pinch turmeric powder if you wish

i saw a rainbow on the floor in my kitchen !

the light from the window passing through the transparent water filter caused this

imagine ... on the day i start my color diet i see the rainbow (our auric colors)

this has never happened before ... the water fiter is always by the window, but i have never seen the rainbow on the floor

it feels like Linda is wishing me good luck for the color diet !!!

i took snaps of it because i soon as i saw it .. the first thing that struck me was the color diet... and then after a minute it was gone !

see the pics !

the first one is where the light is

Thanks for the wishes smoky topaz

my diet is going good

breakfast

i had wheat flakes rice puff cereal in the morning

lunch

tomato, carrot and curd raitha

mashed potato and butter

curd rice

dinner

tomato soup
pizza (cheese, tomato and corn topping)

this one confused me, coz i know toppings like cheese, tomato and corn is allowed... but the dough is made up of white flour (maida)

but in her food for the plumpies...pizza is allowed, where as white flour is a no no ..dont get the connection here...any one can help here?

i have not lost any weight

but i am visiting the loo very often
...it is a side effect mentioned in her book

but i am using only a 60 watt bulb and it my 3rd day only. my bulb looks more orange shade though it says red on the label.
the effect will be slower i guess.. but i am going to be patient

i am still trying to get 100 watts red bulb

hey sVirgo and indycrab...wats update from your side?

Hope my easy recipe has been of some help

Thank you smoky topaz for motivating us!

Hi Nive,
You are doing great in following diet.

Don't worry about weight, did you notice any change, while wearing dresses.

I started my diet on 15th. I was out from last two days.

So I took bread(wheat whole grain) and eggs in breakfast on Saturday.
I had mango and orange juice in lunch.
Dinner - lentil and rice.

In between, I am a tea drinker and I take wheat crackers(whole wheat and salt) with tea.

I did a mistake today, I had some cashews.

However, I will still continue.

Thank you for updates, this way we will keep motivating each other.

Thank you!

Hi sVirgo

I did not weight myself

But, I did not try on any tight clothes either

May be from today I will try it

Glad my recipe could help

lentil and rice? (dhal and rice, is that what you are referring to?)

dont worry about the cashews

like i mentioned i had pizza for dinner last night, its on the food list of plumpies, but the dough for the pizza base is maida. so i goofed up too.
like you said, we just have to continue

I guess some cashews or the pizza shouldn't harm a lot.
I had a doubt. What music are you people listening to during the redlight bath?
And how is the solarized water coming along?
I'd like to go on a colour diet just for the sake of it! But, I don't know which one I need!
Anyway, all the best to you people again. Have fun!

sVirgo, i tried on an old pant of mine and it fits smooth

hi smoky topaz ... i am listening to played alive (the bongo song) by safari duo

according to linda goodman, regular flour (also known a general flour, all purpose flour, white flour or refined white flour or maida) is not good for health in general, more so in the case of color diet because it throws the diet off track

I have a doubt, is biscuits made of regular flour or wheat flour?

On the packet it says wheat flour, my question is - is it refined wheat flour (maida) or whole wheat flour (atta)?

sVirgo and indycrab
tell us what you have been doing?

As far as I know, most biscuits are made from maida but you do get some whole wheat biscuits. These are usually named as digestive or nutritive or high-fibre biscuits.
Its nice to hear that your old pants fit you, Niveditha.
Keep going!

smoky topaz

i have solved the mystery of atta and maida

noodles, biscuit packets etc all say wheat flour on the ingredients section

the trick is it is refined wheat flour (maida)

the packet has to say “whole wheat flour”, then its definitely atta

coz in the list of food for plumpies noodles spaghetti, pizza are allowed, but you will have find them made of whole wheat flour

so i am doing a research to find out the products made of atta, for instance Maggi has Vegetable Atta noodles, this is actually delicious and healthy

So I will post more product names as and when I find it

Breakfast

Apple oats and granola crunch

lunch

3 roti with plantain stem curry

Snacked on grapes

Dinner

Curd rice
Roti with tomato raita

Nive,I am glad that you got your old pant on. This is what I did today and I was glad and I was showing my pant size tag to my friends.

Yes, I read again on the crackers box and it said that it is enriched wheat flour, I have to exclude them too.

Today I had
Banana, grapes, and orange in breakfast and lunch.
Then I took popcorn right after lunch
In dinner I had lentils(dal) and rice.

However, I had those enriched wheat flour crackers, which I am stopping from tomorrow. I can not drink tea without something, got a problem.

Thank you so much!

Hi Girls!!
its been so long...

Nive, thanks for sharing the pics, its amazing! hope Linda really passed on the blessings to you
Thanks for the recepies, you following every bit of it so well!!

the only thing im doing perfectly is taking the red light bath. Since im only an end user for food at home, i've been missing out with the list, no wonder im yet to find results :P

Sorry Nive, im yet to check with my uncle for the red lamp, but you can check in Prism Lights or JP lights, Richmond Road (just after you take a left turn from Hosur road). Im pretty sure you'll get them there.
Please lemme know about it.

Good luck girlies

Love ya,
InduCrab

Hi all

Watup?

Let me run through my diet ..

breakfast

whole wheat bread with cheese
strawberries

lunch

dal and rice

dinner

upma (its made out of Semolina)
curd rice

I made a huge mistakes !
I have been eating grapes a lot thinking the color of grapes is yellow, but everyone around me said its green... when i googled ... it gives both the colors for the same grape !

any way, be weary of the yellow- green grapes people, stick to the red wine grapes instead.

btw, i could not do my color bath yday at the slotted time because there was no current at home, i did an hour late when it came back .... what luck !

also i keep forgetting to do the booster of imaging the color red at the correct time, i always land up doing it 30 - 45 mins late for both the booster imaging steps.

hope it does not mean i have to start from the first. any advice on this?

i have not skipped any of the steps that have to be followed.

indycrab, its good that you following the color bath, but the book says that you have to follow it all in its entirety, only then you will gain from the synergy of all steps

so, please make the extra effort to follow the solarized water and the food diet

keep the update coming !

Hi, Ladies. I just wanted to post here what Linda said in her Star Notes about white flour. She said:

You may use white flour when you make your noodles (with yellow butter!). This is why. A few pages before the list of permissable red-gold-yellow-orange ray foods for the plumpie diet, I wrote that white flour products are no-no's, not good for you. True.
What I neglected to say is that it's true, in general, for everyone, plumpies and skinnies alike. However, while you are involved in the Color Diet or Rainbow Diet, certain basic or general rules may be broken -- only for the period of the color transformation. When you have balanced and harmonized your body, having redistributed and lost the proper amount of weight, then you can return to following the counsel that white flour and white sugar are no-no's for your general health.
----------

So you CAN use white flour during your Color Diet.
Just wanted to clear that up.

So me eating the pizza was ok ! i posted earlier i was worried about the dough being refined wheat ...now it is ok because i balanced it with cheese, tomato, onion and corn as topping !

sVirgo, I am sorry to hear that. I pray that you will find one soon, sending you lots of luck

here is an to help you along the way

Anyways, I am not disheartened, i'll get back with full energy from 26th March, Wednesday.
I need one clarification on this one: wearing red tinted glasses, is it very much necessary??? i do not use tinted glasses, as I am already blessed with my regular ones :P
Nive, how about the 100W bulb??
Please lemme know.

sVirgo dearie... Wish you Good Luck on your new job hunt. God Bless.

Hi girls!!

I was out of town for a while on a least expected travel, so missed out posting and also my color bath :'(

Anyways, I am not disheartened, will re start it from 26th March, Wednesday with full energy and without missing out a single thing that i should do.

I have a major doubt: Wearing the red tinted glasses, is that very very important, without which would the results be zero?? I am blessed with the a pair of regular glasses, which i cannot live without :P Please lemme know.

Nive,
How about the 100W bulb?? PLease keep me updated on the same.

sVirgo,
Wish you Good Luck for your new job hunt.
