got online after two days..

that sounds good to me.
i wil drop in if i am in town then (dont ask - suddenly i have 3 different trips come up which i am not yet sure i will be making or not until next week).
trying not to move from here, coz it will hinder the color bath.
but gimme the add and details .. if i am here, i will swing by

my color diet weight loss has the plateau
i dont see any changes in the inches now, but i read in the star notes, some times this could happen and then again u will loose weight

but my diet is not that strict, i am including one or two pieces of green

had alu gobi has nightn - had to have one piece of the gobi

so - how are the wedding preps coming along?
i am sure u r getting excited !

sVirgo .. how r things with u?

Hi Nive & Indycrab,

Thank you so much for your beautiful words and prayer!

I hope something should come up this coming week. There is no offer letter in my hand yet, though I am at last stage of interview with few.

My hand is better, I just took amoxyllin(on my own) and pain killers.

Once I will have job, then I can start doing exercise and may be back to red light too.

I am wearing purple disc(the small one) and I am sitting on a purple disc(the big one) while working on computer.

Wishing you success to achieve results in red light process.

Thank you!

yippppppppppppppe - that’s good news ! truly happy for you

Actually tomorrow is the 45th day for me

I am planning to stop tomorrow

I am going out of town day after, so once i come back, i am planning to do the diet all over again

I can’t continue the diet till 54 or 63 days because of this trip

Any way, i dont think my color balance is fully done because i still have some weight to loose

It’s probably because i am doing with 60 watts bulb, not sure

But I am able to see the difference between for sure, my trainer feels I have gained some height !

I have not measured myself, but since I am stopping tomorrow, I will do so on Monday

indycrab, you disappeared lady

In case you see this msg, good luck and congratulations !

I will post update again soon, let you know if there is any change after I stop the color diet

Take care

Good luck with your new job

Niveditha

Hi Nive,

After reading your results, I am realy very happy. This is exactly what happened to me when I did color diet first time, my family started noticing me tall and I could feel my clothes which were tight were good to me.

I did not have weighing machine that time to check exact weight.

Once, I will streamline my new job, then may be I can join you for second time of color diet plan.

Thank you!

Welcome back indy !

congrats !

hope ur dad is better now.

lost weight ? wow !

well as far as chnages is concerned

the height is not bery visible
but i feel taller for sure
weight loss shows ...
i have more energy now

one thing i know for sure is i have become more relaxed in my view. i dont get worked up or bugged easily like before

one thing that puzzles me (this is embarrassing) is that after 45 days, my bowel moevements have become twice or thrice a day which never happened before.

i did check my weight and stats once after i finish it and the numbers reflected it all. but i feel like i am lost a bit more even now (after 45 days)

oh, i still have a small block against brown and green food now. nothing major, i eat my veggies ! but still

am starting again on june 6 btw

care to join?

Hi Nive!

Great to know about ur results.

During my diet, though it dint go for the actual period, i found myself more towards negative scale of the color 'red' - self pitying, anger, frustration... Oops, i found it difficult to handle. It did continue for few days after i stopped it, but later, everything was fine. Do you have a say in this?? Please key down.

Regards,
IndyCrab

Hi Nive,

I mentioned in my previous post about the emotional variations that happened to me during the red light diet, I enquired my astrologer and got to know that i have strong Mars influence in my Jathaka and i vibrate vigorously to red color. Since I was allowing such intense red light to my system, as much as 100W, the music and all that, it did not keep me in peace and if i had continued it would go worse.

Since a 60W bulb has given you good results, a 100W one would make your diet perfect. I would like to pass the red colored goose neck lamp and the 100W bulb to you.

If interested, please drop in your mail id or any other contact details, we shall meet up. I stay in the northern part of Bengaluru.

Do keep me posted.

IndyCrab.

Ive just started color diet an been 10 daya now. I feel light and great. Ive lost few inches visibly, have not measured myself, and not planning to for atleast next 30 days. I didnt find any ruby red glasses or 100 watt red bulb anywhere. this is what i have done, i got re gelatin paper and red stain glass paint to paint 4 clear glasses and wrapped the glasses in red gelatin paper to protect from ddust and insects. I bought Infra red lamp which has 150 watt bulb, i bought this few years back, i was searching online, ebay has 100watt infra red lamps.remember infra re d bulb is a clear bulb unlike what linda suggests to be opaque. i hope people help find something useful from my reply.

hi suhabr

i am back on the diet... my aura took a big hit in between and i put on some 11kgs...

know what i did.. i brought regular 100 watt bulbs... and i put a red cloth on the body and the leg.. to do the color bath.

glasses.. yes..paint them red.

you should actually try stores that sell cutlery only. they will definitely have glasses of diff color... i picked up ruby red ones from landmark

for the glasses, u can use cling wrap ...it sticks well to the glass preventing dust from going in.

u will easily get cling wrap in food world..more store ... look in the sections where they store disposable cups etc.

so far, i have regained most of curves back... i guess i dropped 90% of the weight in 21 days itself. this color diet is something else,i tell u!

the star sign book says ok to eat pizzas and biscuits. but both are made out of wheat flour (which is no no along with sugar) and not "whole wheat flour". so, a lill confused on this. any inputs on this?

light & love

i dont see major improvement in my weight loss, intially i thought i was losing inches quickly, its been 22 days now, have not lost any weight from day one of color diet, but def inch loss. i have not been doing color visualization... it must be effective... but have not motivated myself to do it...i eat rotis as they are whole wheat, i do not eat pizza or bread both white and brown...

have butter...

i have been doing the color diet and bath without fail. DO NOT TOUCH SUGAR IN ANY FORM... it really slows down the process of weight loss. since i have been strict on the no sugar policy... my weight loss is going very smoothly! yes i have roti because it is whole wheat flour. i eat whole wheat bread too

the food part... the easiest route for u is banana, orange, apple and pomegranate. all allowed, stuff urself with it... ur skin will glow big time. please stay away from maida and sugar... see even if u eat say spinach one day for lack of options ..it is still fine.. but the minute u have sugar...it clearly shows.

my weight loss has been going smooth till 2 days ago, when i ate a brownie! these two days i have not lost any inches at all. i have clearly seen weight loss all these days till now... i am looking half the size!

what kind of music do u listen to??? i downloaded music by john philip sousa the one recommended by linda goodman in her book. can i eat wheat flakes/cornflakes, i find oat flakes a bit boring...isnt whole wheat bread bread brown in colour...
how easily do u lose weight, do u loose all of the excess weight during 45/54/63 days... do u lose only inches or in kilos as well...
i can see that am losing in inchess... but kinda slow... i guess i have to be really strict on diet... i sometime eat dal with tadka which has zeera an black mustard... for faster results ...i have to be really strict...

hi suhabr..

yes whole wheat bread is brown in color...but the idea is - it is whole wheat (atta) and not wheat flour. the regular bread is white in color - but that is made up of wheat flour (maida).

yes u can eat corn and wheat flakes

i have not checked my wight at all! i only know by inches ... that too by trying on clothes alone not measuring myself!

you will loose the exact amount of weight that is required u to be healthy...example, exampple in my case i can be between 52-55 kgs and i currently need to drop about 10 kgs, so with my diet i can go back to 55 or if i have been really strict about the whole thing, i may even get to 52!

u will not become underweight. u will loose the weight provided u r following the steps properly... don't expect to drop the weight with out following everything

dont measure urself or weight urself till the end.
