hi nirvana the thickness of the red cloth can be collared t-shirt thickness... the one like lacoste have nice thickness. yes it does work, i have done for 25 days now with red cloth and 100 watt regular yellow bulb. just keep the cloth in front of the lamp and see the redness.. u will find some red cloth that gives the perfect shade of redness in front of the lamp. by the fit of clothes, i can tell i have lost half the weight i m suppose to loose using this method. atb for ur red diet, keep us posted on ur progress.

a question to the experts who have tried this diet... does the diet suddenly slow down? the initial weight loss was so visible that i became half the size i was... but suddenly seems like i m stuck there... does this happen?

hi nivedithaabt da plateau in weight loss, linda in her star signs, explains that in can happen any time during the program, as ure body has to redistribute fat all over, so might notice no inch loss during this period, it happened to me for almost a week, and now i am losing inches again IP: Logged |

There is so much great information in this string for everyone, but especially for our Knowflakes in India.------------------ "Life is like a box of crayons. Most people are the 8-color boxes, but what you're really looking for are the 64-color boxes with the sharpeners on the back. I fancy myself to be a 64-color box, though I've got a few missing. It's okay though, because I've got some more vibrant colors like periwinkle at my disposal. I have a bit of a problem though in that I can only meet the 8-color boxes. Does anyone else have that problem? I mean there are so many different colors of life, of feeling, of articulation...so when I meet someone who's an 8-color type...I'm like, 'hey girl, magenta!' and she's like, 'oh, you mean purple!' and she goes off on her purple thing, and I'm like, 'no - I want magenta!'" -John Mayer IP: Logged |

thanks randall...suhabr... still in plateau stage ... i was so low yday - i had coffee! then i did it again today.. now i read in some older post that flour can be had with yellow butter... but whole wheat flour is categorized as brown, even though it white in color - so roti and whole wheat bread is out? is that wat this plateau is about!!! i have been having roti and whole wheat bread...oh my gosh.. this is all so confusing somebody stop this coffee monster... he he he IP: Logged |

Hey niveditha, what a coincidence...ive decided to completely cut off rotis from my diet, somehow i had a thought that roti flour must be golden brown, but when u make rotis, they turn out to be brown, so i thought that cud be the reason why my inch loss isnt that noticeably faster....so am quiting rotis till dec...i wanted to know if uve lost any weight in terms of kilos not just inch loss, since ure color diet, i see some diff in inch loss gradually, but not like miraclously fast as linda goodman wrote in her book....mine is slow....but yes am losing....i do color boosters..i make sure am wearing mostly red, pink, yellow and white clothing, got yellow sun glasses... my optician laughed at me for selecting yellow sun glasses....but not the color visualization... am listening john philip souza as she reccomended....i feel that diet has to be really strict....not even ltl bit brown or green in diet... weight has nothing to do with the inch loss. the book says so. loosing 4 inches is awesome. i dont check my weight at all, but i can tell by inch loss its significant.. able to fit into my smaller sized clothes better nowIP: Logged |

Iam starting color diet tomorrow, got my red glasses out in sun for solarization, got all my veggies and fruits, got new red bulb... all set for 45 day diet... hope this time i will lose all those extra inches quickly.@ niveditha: i took ure idea of tying red cloth around the bulb, my bulb was a clear to not so opaque red one... so tying red cloth makes it opaque... i did this for about 10days... i lost inches more quickly than using clear one.... thank u for that...

anyone have any ideas for coffee replacement on the color diet? green teas are kinda greeny and i don't want to take the risk of the diet not working.. and white teas often have a light brown color to them. blueberry tea comes out purple, but yet it's blueberry and that's obviously a blue (no-no). any thoughts?????IP: Logged |
