Instead of Coffee, there is Rooibos (RED) Tea...

I just finished the Diet in May, and lost almost 40 pounds and it has not returned. I first did the diet 20 years ago, and lost 64 pounds in 63 days. I was fortunate to be able to ask Linda herself about certain items. I am a great resource and advocate for this diet. Use me!

I have a question about the color diet I have been wanting to try for the longest time. I could "give up" coffee, but my I can't live without multivitamins. My favorite multivitamins are green-superfood based, but even if I switched to a different colored wholefood supplement or even generic supplement, most contain byproducts or nutrients from green leaves and veggies. So what to do?????

Second and similar question, I have this protein powder which is derived from brown rice, however, its color is not brown, it's light, almost like a creamy white. Again, yah or nah on this product?

Thanks y'all. Lemme know if you have any thoughts or recommendations (especially about the vitamin situation). XOXO

And.... I thought of other things too... For example, V8 juice is deep red, but there's celery and parsley mixed in --- out the final color is red, so hmmmmm... could you drink it on the color diet (for plumpies)? Or what about chewing peppermint gum.... mint itself is a green leaf, but the natural gums are usually white. So do you think you could chew natural peppermint gum?
