hi, All.. I trust the LOCH treatment works for sure. I am trying it for the third time . My earlier attempts were not successful as I goofed up with the food(Indian food is so confusing)..the results were showing then suddenly the magic stopped.. i must have eaten any of the restricted stuff.
I want to know if any of you have successfully completed the full 45/54/63 days. i want to make sure it works this time without any mistakes from my end.

i read this blog and stopped weighing or measuring myself!..thanks.. i didn't find the red bulb or red glasses anywhere, hence i painted a 100W incandescent bulb and three glasses with crimson red acrylic paint and the table lamp with red paint. Unlike last two attempts I am being very very careful in what I eat . Its going well. I will post a detailed description of how its shaping out. Planning to do it for the complete 63 days

well.. it really works, but not visible from the outside.I feel light and am able lift myself easily, sit in Vajrasan(Thunderbolt pose) or Padmasan(Lotus pose) effortlessly. Its been 30 days and the effect was drastic. However it seems to have slowed down. Wonder if the Gods are angry with me!. Its been raining incessantly in Hyderabad for more than 15 days,No Sun, only rain. Unsure how well the water is getting solarized. Else all other steps (except the visualization) are strictly being followed.
