Congratulations Writesomething!!! That's great to hear! How did you quit? Assistance or cold turkey?

I, myself, am going on 3 weeks smoke free!! I've tried 3 times prior to this, since the beginning of the year and each time kept going back after a few days or a week. This time it feels right and the cravings are simply not there like they used to be. They smell horrible to me now. Whereas before I didn't notice the smell. It's funny how back in the day smoking was what made a person cool ... now it's frowned upon. Time's are a changing for smokers. But I guess that happens with any "fad"
