I felt like I was fighting off a cold, and then work was insane and I was working 16 hours a day. Then- BLAMMO- it hit. I got antibiotics, as much as I hate having to use them.

I feel like such a baby, but I am absolutely USELESS when my head feels like it's stuffed with cotton. Can't think, can't talk... even my teeth hurt. Can't go home from work, either.
Last night I finally got some relief by snorting warm salt water for 2 hours, slathering myself with Vick's Vapo-rub, drinking 10 cups of hot tea and slapping a hot wash cloth on my face.
After looking at earthclinic, I cursed myself for not having apple cider vinegar in the house.

Does anyone else fall apart when they get sinus infections? Agggg.... yes, I know a neti pot would help, but its about 300 miles to the nearest store...

Usually my infections last days but this one only lasted for a full day and night. I did take 2 antibiotics (leftover from my surgery) though which probably made all the difference.
