I'm researching stones for someone and I'm having a hard time with 2 of them. I'm not quite yet ready to give up, but I'm thinking of posting on-line to see if anyone else can share anything helpful.

One possible problem is sometimes I post something that is then moved by a mod to another forum. I can have a real hard time finding the said thread then. And I'm not sure which forum stones would go in.

So to help me avoid confusion in the future should I decide to post such a question, can someone tell me right now which forum is for questions about the occult purposes of various stones?

Thanks.

One stone I've since found is a "shaman's ball" or "moqui marble." It has other names, too. It's round like a huge marble and the net says it's iron on the outside and sandstone on the inside (as light as it is, I'd say it's very light on the iron). If anyone knows more, I'd appreciate hearing.

The other one is also round, green, looks remarkably like a green lemondrop (as if sprinkled with sugar). And the note that came with it said it was for physical and psychic protection. (It gave the name of the stone, but she hadn't heard it before, and has since forgotten it.) I'm still in the dark on this one.
