Hi to all,

Two days ago in the afternoon I had green salad for something like after lunch. By mistake I gave too much vinegar (from apple).
After 10 minutes have started the pains:
in the eyes, sinusitis, jaw bones, bottom of neck (C5-TH3), right neck muscle and all over my head. I felt terrible, like had million ants around all my head, face and neck. Beside all, I was so sleepy that had to be in the bed for about three hours.

My friend (her mother is nurse) told me, that the connection stomach - head is very often. From the head there can be stomach pains and other way around.

How come that: I had Gastroscopy one year ago: OK,
I had Helicobacter pylori test (10 days ago): all is OK!

I have bacteria: Escherichia coli. Too many and all the time! Nothing helps.

Where is the point?

Thank you for comment.

Buena

Do apples bother you also? Or tomatoes? Aspirin? Could be a Salicylate sensitivity.
See this site for foods in that category.
Food Salicylate Content List http://www.zip.com.au/~ataraxy/Salicylates_list.html
Have you tried yogurt to restore a proper ph balance and intestinal flora?
A quote from that site:

Food Salicylate Content List

Salicylates are highest in unripened fruit and decrease as fruit ripens. They are often concentrated just under the skin of fruit and vegetables and in the outer leaves of vegetables. All fruit and vegetables should be ripe and thickly peeled.

Do not eat the outer leaves of leafy vegetables.

What you said I can definitely relate to! It is no fun.

Do you have a peanut or latex allergy?
Green Goddess dressing has avocado which is from the Latex family.

Hi LEXX,

Thank you very much for answer and advice.

I don't have allergy at all. I was only told 5 years ago (in the hospital), what all I shouldn't eat.
I have great problems with digestion tract; hypotireosis from the birth; blocked spine circulation and of course special sinusitis and rhinitis, what for I am searching the cause since 19 years. I still don’t know the cause.

Kind regards,
Buena
