This was good. Thought I'd share it.

Smokers are sometimes possessed…by the inability quit smoking
How many smokers plan to quit smoking? We all know the harmful effects of cigarette smoking and the dangers of smoking, as well as the effects of second hand smoking.

Based upon smoking facts, people try to quit smoking and need help quit smoking through a quit smoking shot, or some smoking cessation programme.

Since we have discovered the real danger of smoking, through smoking statistics, Cigarette smoking has become more and more people are quitting cigarette smoking.

The hazards of smoking and pregnancy, no smoking legislation has cause any woman smoking to think twice about the effects of smoking cigarette and second hand smoking,

Although smoking is a multi-billion dollar addictive business, quit smoking or smoking cessation programmes are still not anywhere near as effective as they could be. To quit smoking and reverse the harmful effects of smoking, en ex smoker has to go through some kind of quit smoking support programme.

My research indicates that few people are able to quit smoking without quit smoking support for a few reasons.

The best way to quit smoking is to never start smoking, and to be fully aware of the harmful effects of smoking. We all know smoking is bad, so why expose yourself to the risk of cigarette smoking?
Anti Smoking actions and stop smoking information abounds, yet women smoking and teen smoking, seems to be the fastest growing segment this makes it even harder for people planning to quit smoking to stop smoking.
The stop smoking programmes seldom addresses the real cause of smoking. Some stop smoking programmes try to use fear to get people to quit smoking, others use process like quit smoking cold turkey and anti smoking hypnosis to help quit smoking.
Smoking statistics reveal that although people know about the harmful effects of smoking , teen smoking seems to be drive by peer pressure and rebellious attitudes towards anti smoking statistics and information.
In some cases, the smoking habit is carried by a different “energy” or “entity” resident within the person’s body space. The person seems to be possessed by a smoking spirit! So even if the core personality quits smoking the attached energy/entity will eventually force the person to start again.
Stop Smoking research shows that almost 60%-80% of smokers don’t believe that smoking is that bad for you.
It seems that 90% of smokers begin smoking before the age of 21. You know that time when you know EVERYTHING!
Smoking advertising is linked to youthful, sexual, fast, wealthy, glamorous lifestyles. Since when does a 14-16 year old understand the difference between the sales spiel and the truth?
If smokers or potential smokers, really understood the harmful effects of cigarette smoking and the real hazards of cigarette smoking and the challenge of quit smoking withdrawal, before they placed that foul smelling death-stick into their mouths, maybe they would think twice about no smoking.

On a few occasions that I have worked with people planning to quit smoking cigarettes, it wasn’t because of the second hand smoke, or the harmful effects of smoking, or the smoking facts.

It was their desire to back in charge of their lives. It was a deep internal desire to take back their control of their will, and their ability to make a decision and stick to it.

They said they know about the effects of smoking cancer and the hazards of smoking, but that was not their driving reason for smoking cessation.

I think there comes a time when you want yourself back one person said.

I don’t want to be controlled by an 8cm roll of chemicals and paper, like a pathetic weak addict any more, said another.

Of the last 7 people who came to me for assistance to quit smoking, 3 had to go through additional processing with me to rid themselves of unwelcome “energies” and attachments who were controlling their smoking behavior.

They had tried smoking cessation on previous occasions but they had not been able to stick to their decisions.

What I have discovered with respect to Smoking and drugs/addictions and “attachments”, is that in many cases the person has gone through some kind of traumatic events, or they participated in excessive alcohol/drug abuse, or they have undergone some kind of operation where they have had to have an aesthetic procedure.

The other kind of person I have encountered seems to have played some kind of games (Wiji) where they have unknowingly exposed themselves to infection, or they have in some past moments invited “someone” into their space for protection, power, fun, retaliation, anger, rage etc.

Whilst I am aware that some readers eyes may be bulging incredulously at this point, I would suggest that they open their minds to the plethora of information, books, case studies and research in the domain of spirit attachment (See Dr Shakuntanda Modi – Remarkable healing) as an example.

What I can say, as a matter of first hand experience, is that, the people with whom I have worked, and processed the “unwanted” energies, have stopped smoking! Period. They have not needed quit smoking aids, stop smoking hypnosis, or any other anti smoking stuff.

Each one had described how the process of the spirit releasement felt empowering, freeing and energising.

So the next time you plan to stop smoking or plan to go on some smoking cessation programme, make sure you address all of the parties involved with the addiction, and not just the ones you can see doing the cigarette smoking, and make sure that the people delivering the stop smoking programme really understand the issues and challenges. Most are to close minded to get the long-term results.

Below is a list of search engine keywords, searched on the subject of smoking, that will give you an indication of the current state of affairs.

Good Luck with your quit smoking process.

I've heard quitting smoking is more difficult than fighting a heroin addiction.

I quit smoking marijuana and beat my alcohol addiction but am still struggling to give up cigarettes and I have been on Chantex for five months now!!
I am smoking way less, but still smoking nonetheless. So, it's also important to say that one REALLY has to be mentally ready to give up these cancerous crutches or nothing is going to work.
I have found the cessation groups to be quite helpful and hypnotherapy worked great until I couldn't listen to the tapes for more than a couple of days due to working long hours and being too tired that I fell asleep through them.

So, I must stress that one must REALLY be ready and WANT to quit smoking for their own reasons, not because others disapprove and think that badgering them about what their smoking is doing to others around them will convince them to quit.

That's my experience, too. Having encouragement from people who aren't necessarily invested in whether you succeed or not is good, too.
