Hi Friends,I am going through some high anxiety levels due to work, economy, financial position, immigration status, etc. I think I am facing constant head ache, my right hand and right feet is freezing cold and I am feeling pain on right side. I am thinking it could be high blood pressure. Can anyone please suggest some home remedy to reduce it. IP: Logged |

Put your hands and feet in either very cold or very warm water to draw your blood pressure down.. also have about 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of waterIP: Logged |

I don't know sVirgo..... In the ads for the tea, they call it "holy basil." I would check with your local health food store. Here's what I use: http://www.organicindia.com/organic-tulsi-teas.php#usa And more about tulsi (or "tulasi"): http://www.organicindia.com/tulsi-holy-basil.php IP: Logged |
