Hi Friends,

I am going through some high anxiety levels due to work, economy, financial position, immigration status, etc. I think I am facing constant head ache, my right hand and right feet is freezing cold and I am feeling pain on right side.

I am thinking it could be high blood pressure.
Can anyone please suggest some home remedy to reduce it.

Put your hands and feet in either very cold or very warm water to draw your blood pressure down.. also have about 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water

Garlic or garlic capsules
lots of Fiber
Turmeric
Cayenne pepper
CoQ10
Celery
Potassium-rich fruits/vegetables (bananas, winter squash, baked sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, spinach, dried apricots, boiled potatoes with skin, orange juice, raisins and currants)

I started drinking Tulsi tea daily to try to bring down my blood pressure naturally. I have some Ashwagandha but haven't tried it yet.

In the ads for the tea, they call it "holy basil." I would check with your local health food store.

u need to be calm mentally...most importantly. and reduce salt and oil intake. go for a walk everyday..
