This is awesome! If I could pick up one tomorrow I would. just want to share this awesomeness, my inner kid is crying out for one. I can just imagine the bliss and freedom of being able to stretch and move into yoga positions hanging from the ceiling! I was inspired by this video mostly, but I have seen them around quite a bit. Looks like fun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2qJjeyXEQ8&feature=channel I found their website. http://omgym.com/
I think they're known as a yoga swing when I googled for stockists here. http://www.shanti.com.au/cleanses/exercise.htm Please, universe send me a yoga swing.

i always like monkey bars. hanging by your knees is the best stretch ever, in fact i cured a trapped nerve that way once, and have been recommending it to people ever since!IP: Logged |

SunChild- what affects has the OMgym had? At my ripe age, my muscles are more tight than loose. I can afford going to yoga once in a while but given my druthers, I would like to go to yoga 2 -3 times a week. ------------------ "Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, then suddenly you are doing the impossible” Saint Francis of Assisi "Once in a while you can get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right" Robert Hunter IP: Logged |
