It goes something like this:~ 1 scoop Sun warrior protein (activated/sprouted brown rice protein)
~ 1.5 cups Almond mylk (or rice mylk)
~ 1 tblspoon Cacao powder
~ 2 tblspoons Agave or
~ 1 tblspoon Bee Pollen
~ 1 tspoon Spirulina
~ 1 tspoon Maca
~ 1 tblspoon Lucuma
~ 1 tblspoon Acai Berry Powder
~ 2 tspoons Goji Berry Powder
Additions, Herbal tea tonics such as Reishi, Chaga, cordyceps, ect... , angstrom minerals such as Angstrom calcium, etherium minerals, angstrom gold, ormus. Try frozen or fresh fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, spices, you can create different flavors from the above base list, and different superfoods/supplements like CamuCamu berry, marine phytoplankton, tocopherols.
I have them after a workout, for breakfast and whenever I want to get totally high and have so much energy and inspiration. Its a super hero drink so make sure you are ready to be a super hero first.
