Well, checking these topics out in here, they seem all nice and fantasy-world friendly, so here I come again and spoil it I don't know what planet would govern pointing out gross things in the midst of ignorance, but maybe mine is aspecting something, anyway...

I've got, really, the worst acne I've ever seen in person, and I don't know what to do about it, I've been using some over the counter product called Tersaseptic, but it hasn't been doing anything too noticeable. I'm going to stop ingesting dairy for a week, see if that has some effect, that's what my sister did apparently.

Does anyone have any recommendations or experiences to share?

Thanks

I'll move the thread. I think there's alot of info on this in Health and Healing. You just have to search.

Also, you might want to try Aloe Vera gel. Getting it in it's raw unbleached or treated form is best. Also rub in a drop or two of Jojoba oil (it's not actually oil, it's a wax) Do some research online and you'll learn why it's so great for your skin. Especially problem skin. Just dont overdo it and use the Aloe with it as a carrier agent.

Gia had some invaluable advice. I am sure she knew what she was talking about here:

Follow this carefully and you'll be set free.
I PROMISE it will happen really quickly.

Also very good for Acne and Psoriasis. I have seen both clear very rapidly using the following many times. Also great for those of us with no problems who want to stay wrinkle free and young.

Zinc 30mg - helps skin regenerate in a healthy manner. Protein depends on zinc and all skin is primarily protein. Do not exceed 100mg. I normally give people 30mg/50mg a day.

Selenium - 200mg daily. An important antioxidant to aid controlling dry scalp and skin.

Vitamin B - get a good high potency complete complex B. Take one daily - with meals is best for proper absorption. Expect urine to turn limey.

Vitamin A - 10,000 IU - daily it's a must for keeping skin healthy and again helps to prevent it drying. DO NOT EXCEED.

Essential fatty acids in your diet are a MUST. Butter, olive oil, cod liver oil or primrose if you do not eat fish. Daily.

Vitamin E. - I take one capsule daily, and then I open another with a lancet and mix it in a little bit of moisturizing cream and put it on my face at night. DO NOT GET IT IN YOUR EYES.

At least 9 large glasses of clean water daily
Juice, tea, soda, or anything not pure water, is not the same.

This will keep all skin clear, young and blemish free. Remember it will take at least one or two months for those with bad acne or dermatitis to clear. I have been on all of this for the last 18 years. I used to have loads of skin problems and spent fortunes on stuff that never worked. Not to mention dermatologists around the world. Plus I worked with a chemist who made cosmetics for the big guys.

This was an amazing regimen for me. I get asked all the time what make up I'm wearing? I never wear anything at all. No foundation, or powder, or anything. I just wear lipstick and mascara.

It works for most skin conditions. If the skin gets correct nutrition then it balances and heals on it's own. Do use a shampoo for DRY hair to enable the flaky skin to come away easily. Let me know how you get on.

Hi there! I have struggled with acne for years. Hang in there, I know how it feels! Here are my recommendations: First of all, if you're in any sort of ****** relationship - get out of it! Stress was absolutely a factor for me. Start drinking Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (a tablespoon three times a day). You could even massage that into your face as an acne treatment. Start cleansing with tar soap, try leaving it one as a mask too. Use organic lotion on your face after cleansing. I love this tea made by The Republic of Tea called "Get Gorgeous," it encourages clear skin, and it really works!! Of course, get the necessary amount of sleep that your body needs, and plenty of clean water. I personally like to buy distilled water, however I realize there is a lot of controversy over the use of bottle water. Try to eat as much organic fruits and veggies as possible! Nature provides us with healing foods! Wash your pillow cases as much as possible throughout the week, better yet, try sleeping on your back. I would also recommend fresh air, a little sunlight, and exercise. Definitely, stop touching your face!! Try acupuncture, some cities have Community Acupuncture Networks, which are wonderful because this makes acupuncture affordable! Lastly, start taking probiotics.

Thank you! Moving it was counter productive because I've never visited this thread 'til now and I was unnotified, but alas finally I'm here.

Thank you, and thank you, but at the moment I can't afford any products (be they vitamins or whatever). hopefully I'll be able to some time and I'll try it out.

Cardinal Arbiter,

I've read somewhere that Scorpio Asc is prone to oily skin and breakouts; however don't let that stop you from believing that there's no cure for that. Like you, I have Scorpio Asc, and I had bad skin as well while I was growing up. It cleared up as soon as I was out of adolescence.

I believe that physical location may also influence your skin health; I used to live in a heavily polluted area.

In retrospect, though, I must admit that I barely drank water during those times, lol. Water purifies your system; drinking at least 8 glasses may help alleviate acne problems.

Diet. Back when I was a teenager, I didn't eat enough fruits/veggies, just mostly fried foods and carbs. Bad combination. Natural foods reportedly get rid of the toxins in the body, so if acne is also caused by toxin imbalance, proper diet will help a lot.

In astrology, I think the Skin is ruled by Capricorn and Libra - if you have planets in these signs (I have a Moon in Cap), and the energy is mishandled (or planets afflicted), it may show up in physical illness/disturbance however mild or severe, and one of these conditions may be acne... Learning about how you express the enrgies of planets and aspects in Cap/Lib, and then adjusting the expression of these energies for the better might help...

I don't claim to be an expert in anything. Just sharing what I learned through the years... Wish I took some medical astrology course, so that I can say that I'm *sure* about the last tip that I wrote.

Best wishes

Oh, you know what? I re-read what I previously wrote, and it isn't tar soap that I use, it's "Grandpa's Thylox Acne Treatment Soap with Sulfur." I buy mine on Vitacost for $3.46. I highly recommend it for anyone with acne or blackheads. Like I said - leave it on as a mask too, really rub it into your skin. I promise your skin will clear up.

I am vegetarian. I've been for 6 months, since I've moved on my own. My acne has been bad before and since.

I have got planets indeed in those, in a 6 planet cardinal grand cross, which includes Venus and Saturn.

I was watching Matt and Angela Monarch's live TV last night and somebody asked them about acne.
Their only recommendation was "clean your colon"

Makes sense to me.

I tried all the natural therapies and they did nothing for me. I already had a great diet to begin with, so I am not surprised it didn't help.

Basically, it is a hormonal imbalance. I don't know if you're male or female, so I can't recommend anything due to that.

If you are a female you have more options because hormonal therapy is amazing for acne.
