Just would like to take the opportunity to recommend this to anyone having any sort of mental or physcial health problems.

I have been doing it every week for the past three weeks and my health has improved substantially!

I no longer feel negativity and I just feel plain better/good about myself.

I had it once for severe menstral cramping. It alleviated the majority of the pain~

Nothing makes me cringe like a syringe, but acupuncture is different. I’ve had it done on my ears, back, and hand. And funny enough, just found out that a new acquaintance volunteers as an acupuncturist at a local(ish) wellness center. Something to think about... maybe it would help me quit smoking.

It sounds wacky, but I've heard so many good things about it. There is also a reflexology professional at a spa in my area. That basically the same thing but with out needles.

I have a friend who is an acupuncturist. If I lived in Chicago, I would be trying it.
