I won't know for sure for a couple weeks, but I'm feeling strange. I throw up after I drink coffe and I feel sick until I eat something, which isn't a whole lot. I know being sick is one of the standard symptoms, but did any one have any that aren't listed? I don't like being in the sun, either. Even if you think they're weird, I'd still be interested in reading them. THANKS! IP: Logged |

Can you get an early preg test, even if the line is faint it usually is a good indicator-you can get some within 6 days. Some of my early symptoms ~ feeling mild nausea after eating a meal ~ not wanting most types of food, only could stomach basic savory food (I actually initially lost a little bit of weight) ~ emotional, low tolerance ~ consistent mild cramping sensations in my uterus ~ tired easily in the afternoons

Thank you. I also feel sick after I eat, but not as bad as before eating. I just checked out this site: http://www.whenmybaby.com/pregnancy-test-calculator.php From my calculations I'll be able to test four days before the first day of my next period, which is Sept, 13th.

If it turns out you're not pregnant, consider the possibly of IBS - it mimicks alot of the same symptoms!ie. nausea, vomiting, lethargy, irritability, bloating - particularly in the lower bowel in my case, giving the impression of a full womb! IP: Logged |

Thanks for the link, Dee! The bloating sucks, I'm all puffed up. And just when I was losing weight. I was actually diagnosed with IBS in 04-basically that's what providers do when they don't know what's wrong with you. God, Amaranthine, I don't know how I want this to turn out. At 36, I'm ready, yet there are other factors that make me feel this isn't the right time. But when it comes down it, I hope I am!!!

In the very early days before I had my official blood test, I was really really tired and had a drawing sensation (hard to describe), a heaviness around my navel. I just felt different. IP: Logged |

Kat, if you don't mind me asking; how early before your missed period did you take the test? Was it about a week?

Smells.. things that usually I would find good smelling suddenly smelled awful. When I was pregnant with my twins it was the worst. Like macaroni and cheese was my favorite, but when I was pregnant I would try to avoid it at all cost. And my roomie at the time smoked which was one of the things that I couldn't stand. I asked him to smoke outside but he was a jerk about it and would sit on the couch and blow the smoke at my closed door because I'd go in my room to get away from it. I heard that if you're pregnant with a girl you get more sick than if you were having a boy...don't know if that's true or not but my other 2 pregnancies (boys) were nausea free! IP: Logged |
