For wrinkles, stretch marks, scars, large pores, and uneven skin tone, hands down:

Retin-A, depending on skin sensitivity -.025%, .05% and .1% (from lowest to highest concentration, and daily exfoliation and moisturizing.

For heavy body acne, especially focused on the back:

Use loofa gloves with your regular soap!

For callouses, cracked and dry feet:

Vicks Vapor rub applied on the dry skin, covered with plastic. Sleep with this all night. Remove, scrub and wash feet.

For dry, cracked skin on the hands, elbows...

Bag Balm

For infections, pimples, boils...

Black Salve, using bloodroot

For irritated eyes, or infection in eyes

Chamomile tea bag, soaked in hot water, then applied to eyes - allow to sit ontop of eyelid.

General skin rashes

Tea tree oil

For persistent skin rash, and the potential of yeast

Vinegar bath or Vinegar applied to a washcloth, dab onto concerning spots

Bag balm is amazing.
Bloodroot is savage. You have to be very careful when using it.
Vicks vapour rub is also supposed to be good for sagging skin on the neck.
Avoid eyes. Ouch!!

Olive oil and sugar is THE best exfoliator ever.

I haven't tried the olive oil and sugar scrub, but I'm going to now! I've heard olive oil is really good for the skin.

Thanks Bunnies.

This is my favorite make-up--Bare Escentuals mineral powder.
I mix it with Aloe Vera gel. It is all natural.
You can even sleep in it

I tried the sugar and olive oil and it works great, the only drawback is removing the oil afterwards... but a good facial soap takes it off, just fine.
