I'm having one of those Virgo guilt spells. I made a small mistake. I told myself that I should learn the lesson this mistake of mine has taught me and move on. But this feeling of guilt and embarrasment is just not going, I don't know why, I'm shocked myself. And it's killing me. I'm super stressed right now. I want to let go of this feeling of severe guilt. I have'nt felt so bad in a long time and I'm really furious that it had to happen during this part of the year. Please tell me any way by which I can be my normal, happy s-elf again. How do you guys deal with guilt or stress? I would really like to know. It will really help me.------------------ Aquarius Rising, Virgo Sun, Cancer Moon IP: Logged |

I'm so sorry about your guilt and stress, I'm not an astro expert, but I do have a Cancer moon also and I experience these moments also. I handle it by at first talking about it, to a close friend, relative, yourself or your Source, accepting that it was a mistake, see it as something positive (lesson learned, duly noted, wont be doing that EVER again) and forgive yourself, close your eyes, take a deep breath and allow the abundance of love to enter you, whenever it comes to your mind think "it's the past with a lesson learned" and pray. I pressed enter by mistake, sorry, just wanted to say that you will be fine, life is all about mistakes, I could write a whole encyclopedia of my f*ck ups but, you know what? I wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for those disasters Much love to you <3 IP: Logged |

Thank you so much for your advice and love Coconutcancermoon. I can feel the love you sent me and I want to send back an ocean of love to you! U changed my sad smilie into a smiling one!I know we cancer moon's sometimes take things too seriously and imagine some things up also, we turn pessimistic quickly, being a cancer moon you can also relate to it. I've now stopped thinking about it. I'm moving on now. Today is a new day and I dont wanna spoil it by getting stuck in the past and thinking about things I should've done. You are right, we would'nt be what we are today if it was'nt for the mistakes we've made. I've learnt my lesson and I think it will make me a better person. Once again, thanks for your help!

I love that suntan lotion smell.------------------ "The stars which shone over Babylon and the stable in Bethlehem still shine as brightly over the Empire State Building and your front yard today.
