I realized something,Sun Child.
You helped me.
Emotions,whatever they may be,such as depression,sadness etc are LIKE the fever.
We must let pull them inside, absorb them,welcome them,incorporate them.
When we do ,we will heal just as the fever burns up bacteria and virus and the body heals.
I am experiencing this.
I am healing as I do this

I agree, it applies to emotions too.
Like a baptism of fire.
One must walk through it to heal, not medicate it.
