I'm trying the red color diet. I'm on day 11, and I have my hopes up. I gotta be patient when it comes to results. Does water from the tap work too? Does anyone have any good advice? Thanks!IP: Logged |

Hey, I have read about the colour (i'm English lol) diet and was very interested but im not necessarily over-weight. Just soft and find it easy to put on weight therefore am in a constant uneasy state of deprivation. I have been going to the gym the past 4 months and seem to be slowly toning up but always seem to have a slight jelly 'belly' the only time i don't is when i am at my skinniest and not eating very much, and coz of that reason i feel tighter all over which i do like, coz i hate flabby bits but i don't like losing my bum/ boobs so over the past 4 months i have just tried to be healthy, eat healthy and exercise basically without deprivation. I noticed, my figure is healthy, but i think i have put on weight.. and no matter what i do there's that roll in the middle again. It's okay when i'm standing, but sitting.. it looks like dough just before u make bread. Not that i make bread lol.
Anyway, my point is i was thinking of doing the red colour diet just to see if it works but i do like food of other colours; i like my greens etc and feel that if they're healthy they should work too. Another thing, i'm not very scientific or anything but what i don't understand about this colour diet is isn't everythin made up of all different colours. So, shouldn't all foods contain the different colours etc... Anyone care to enlighten me! Cheers IP: Logged |

my only question is does it necessarily have to be either sunrise, noon, or sunset? or does it have to be the same time every day? with my schedule i'd only be able to do the sunrise every day but i wouldnt be able to wake up in time------------------ I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

It needs to be the same time each day. Why not go back to sleep?------------------ "Nurture great thoughts, for you will never go higher than you think."--DISRAELI IP: Logged |

Hi. You know, I've been trying and thinking about doing the color diet for probably six years now. I have so many unanswered questions about the diet, but at this point, I'm just going to go for it! I think part of the reason Linda left many details out of Star Signs was because she wants us to use our own brains to figure out how to make the magic work... by doing it, by playing with it, and then by making adjustments to what feels right. She gives us the very basic information but it's our job to decide for ourselves what seems logical to make the diet a success. I say follow what makes sense to you and keep it as literal and simple as possible. Good luck dear!IP: Logged |
