Olive oil

Tea Tree Oil - essential oil, NOT a blend! Just pure

A teaspoon

2 q-tips

Put olive oil in 1 teaspoon, drop 2 drops of tea tree oil in (no more, unless you're really brave) and mix the oils together with the tip of q-tip...

Douse both q-tips in oil, and insert them into nasal cavity slowly, as far back as you can get... SLOWLY and cautiously, people.

Leave them in with your head tilted back, until you feel the congestion in your sinuses release... you will actually feel mucus release...

About 10 minutes later, remove q-tips, blow nose, and repeat until your oil solution is all used up. You can also just do this once, just to "test" it out...

Tea tree will have a mildly tingly, burn, BUT remember tea tree is killing bacteria/virus in your nasal cavity.

I did this, and it helped me a lot!
