i dont know whats wong with me...but for the past 2 weeks ive been nauseous every day all day!! I know im not preggo! Im just literally sick to my stomach...it started out the blue and is continuing.....does anyone have a clue what this could possibly be?!! It is sooo irritating!

my appetite is fine...im eating fairly healthy and drink lots of water.....it seems like my stomach isnt liking something inside of me! Wow creepy! Do i feel a detox coming soon? I know our bodies gives us signals......should i detox? I was strongly considering fasting...is this a sign that i should do it??

Ok If you are fasting or were fasting ,it IS a detox.
You could go through it or you could lessen the intensity of your fast by adding juice or raw foods.
You could do a raw food fast,entirely.

Let me ask you this, tell me about how you fasted.
Fasting is a very particular science.You don't just mess with it and decide to fast.

People have died from breaking it wrong,too.

Also please get your heart checked and thyroid.
Also do not start a fast until you know your electrolyte levels are fine. Out of balance electrolytes can cause nausea and even be deadly.
