I have basically tried almost everything to feel better than I do, and I recently started following The Zone Diet, and I must say, I it's easy and rewarding. All you have to do is eat some protein with every meal and healthy carbs like fruit and veggies. My biggest challenge is the protein thing, being mostly veggie, actually mostly fruitarian. Anyway, I definitely recommend this lifestyle to others! XOXO
