I am a Lebanese person that was fighting weight for the last 4 years.
I was 55 kgs and started gaining weight with no reason.
After visiting 9 doctors, I knew last year (1 month before my wedding) that I have a problem with a hormone named Prolactin.
I was 85 kgs and nothing is helping me to loose weight.
I took the pills and lost 12 kgs in 10 months (with a hard diet) but it seems that I will stay in my place.
I need help. I want to try the Red Color Diet but can't find the book and Amazon don't ship the book to my country.
does anyone have a copy of the book as a pdf file.
I managed to download SUN SIGNS (0 1.63 MB file).
I can't email it to anyone if interested.
but I need the chapters of red color diet and forgotten rainbow and purple plate...
can I find helping hands???

Amazon don't ship to Lebanon. I think I will ask my friend from Canada to buy it for me.
he is coming to Lebanon next week
oh, I hope I can have the chance to read it

Bad New.My friend couldn't get me the book.I'll have to wait my cousin to come to bring me the Star Signs book. that means after 4 months 
all I need is to make the 63 days color diet.

Eh they called me and said that it will take 4 weeks. in all cases, it is better than nothing.
