Topic: Reiki string: for acousticbob, Lexxie, and anyone else from Level II upward

Acousticbob and I were discussing about Reiki on another string and thought we'd keep a Reiki string where we can do distance Reiki to each other and others. Anyone who is trained is welcome to join. I hope there are more of us on LL.  IP: Logged |

i didnt know you practiced...i had guessed from my string, but you didnt exactly say it------------------
I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

Let's wait for Bob to make it too. He said he'd like to practice distant healing so I think that'd great. I'm sure there are more of us.Littlecloud, are you out there? We can all send you Reiki from this string. Pls chime in when you see this! Nickie, yes, I rarely talk out of my behind (to put it politely lol). Either I know something or I don't. When I don't, I won't 'lecture' anyone; I put out my disclaimers and stuff. I expressed my views in your string because I know what Reiki is about and because I am a healer. And because there is so much confusion and misinformation about Reiki that it almost feels like an obligation to set the record straight.

is it possible to open me to channel the energy long distance? i would like to learn to do it, but as i said, the closest person to me is 100 miles away------------------

You have to become initiated to Reiki I first, Reiki II next (for Usui Reiki, distance healing is part of Reiki level II). You can't do that without several hrs of practice and study. Check out local Reiki classes in your area. IP: Logged |

Lexxie  Wonder if we can do something for Thunder? I responded on the other thread, not sure if you saw it. Let me know. We don't have to do it at the same time as long as we both are doing it.
