SunChild, I thought of you when I read this, because I know you are a fan of him. Great article, in case you havent read it already.

& I've posted it here and in Labors of Love, since it is about both health/nutritional foods and money issues.

One of my favorite places in the whole world is Costa Rica. Costa Rica has no military, guns, tanks, or soldiers, at all. Do you know why? Because they don’t have any natural resources, such as gold, oil, or precious minerals that other countries value. When you have nothing others value, you have nothing to lose.

And yet because I value Costa Rica’s natural attributes, with it’s deeply healing volcanic hot springs, intricate rainforest ecosystems, beautiful mountains and beaches, and fertile farmland… Costa Rica, for me, is one of the wealthiest countries on the planet.

Gosh that takes me back (2 yrs)... I realised he walks his talk when I met him. You know when someone has this huge presence that just purely by being in their presence you know what they're all about? His message is loud and clear, Im thinking of joining his super hero team.

I've been following Durian Rider also.

|SAD| -------------------------------- [RAW]--------------------------------[SUPERFOOD]

^standard american diet^... ^Durian rider^........... ^DAVID WOLFE^

DW and DR are at odds with eachother, DW thinks DR is eating way too much fruit, (he's fruitarian) but he is a very succesfful fruitarian & eats 3000 cals of fruit per day, sleeps 12 hours and drinks a lot of water and also bikes around australia burning up those cals. He's super fit. DW thinks he is crazy and a maniac which is how he describes DR's debunking of DW vid (see them on the 'more vids' on the link below) DR thinks DW is a clever marketer and salesman. DR does not buy his sh!t, figuratively or literally. It's a war within a war, I thought the war was just on Junkfood, but there's even a bigger War going on in the health food scene. This way vs. That way. Now DW is trying to put an end to DR's tyrade against him and let the public know he's not about the 'money'. DR is not believing him. DW had instigated legal proceedings against DR last year but that went no where. DR made some hilarious vids against DW... I think they were hilarious because well nothing compares to good old Aussie sense of humor... poor David. lol

I like them both.. in their own way they are contributing and attracting two different crowds of people, but they are both doing good. I wish they'd stop fighting though. (both of them will say they have nothing personal against eachother, but you know what that really eans when people have to say that... )

HAHA that's my synopsis, i know to most it wont make sense... I have a lot more insider info, I might even write a sensible article about this one day... might cause more trouble though.

Anyway, this is the latest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjatPG5D9JU&feature=relmfu

I believe that DR is making assumptions....

DW is right to defend himself against those assumptions. I tend to lean toward DW for common sense rather than DR.

Thanks, I'll check this out when I have more time.

I couldnt imagine living only on fruits. Veggies, yes - i could do that easily (with some fruits here and there), but I am very sensitive to sugar - even good sugar, I could never eat only fruit. Makes me sick to think about it.

Yeah, if one lives as a fruitarian, they'd better bike, or hike or run alot. LOL

As you know, I am not sucked into this raw foodie, craziness, as much as some people are, but I do know a lot about it because of my nutcase mother.

Who has orthorexia nervosa....among other things. lol
