Well, I just managed to set the ashtray outside aflame because I'm too lazy to empty it. I'm taking this as a sign that I need to quit. Does anyone have any tips on curbing the irritability that comes with nicotine withdrawal? I quit cold turkey for 3 months once and exercising definitely helped, but I also found myself constantly eating. It also helped that I didn't live with smokers at the time. I live with two now, and I'm afraid them puffing away is going to make this incredibly difficult. Many thanks in advance.

Cannibis

5 HTP and there are blends specialized to stabilize mood and irritability that you can find at the vitamin section at whole foods.

Flower essences

Haven't tried it personally but perhaps Acupuncture.

Thanks for replying!

Unfortunately, I can't use cannabis to curb my irritability because I'm applying for a job that drug tests. I will definitely look into the others you mentioned, though!
