I tried these, but didn't do much at all and I've had massive wind problems. I don't have IBS though, but just recently had camera up and down to find out why I have extremely anemic. Turns out plonka of Doctor gave me strong NSAID's there were not 'enteric coated' and damaged my stomach lining and was slowly bleeding out.Also gone gluten free,which helped a lot. Hiatus hernia later was why vomiting.
Nice you found something that helped you.What I would advise everyone to do is try colloidal silver with massive healing properties. I'm try to heal my oesophegus and stomach lining now.
There are masses of info out there on the net about colloidal silver, even threads on hre..
Another thing I'm trying is oxgenated water. YOu know the kind that fish tanks use to keep fishes alive. Well a modified version with timer puts oxygen into water and of couse we ALL know how oxygen heals.....
