I've been going crazy from my right shoulder/neck area for the past 5 days. ... haven't had this in years and now I feel like I'm unconsciously tensing up during the day... so that by evening I'm a knot in that area. I can't seem to put a stop to it. Even on a weekend, I'm all tense.

I can't take it anymore and was thinking of trying reiki. Do any of you know if reiki would help with this kind of problem?

I have never had reiki. Have you thought of massage therapy?

I have had reiki before. Didn't do much for me. I'm with Ami Ann on this. Try massage therapy.

I had distance reiki. it helped with a pinched nerve among other things
