Thanks Yin!

Do you girls eat raw, or are you vegans? I eat about half raw and am trying to transition to vegetarian.

Typically, raw and vegan.

Though I am known to stray, now and then.

I try to eat as much raw as possible but I doubt that I'll ever be vegetarian or vegan, let alone raw vegan. Maybe if I move someplace warm year-round. When the winter comes and with it - the winter blues, my body starts screaming for meat.

At any rate, I like that this interview was shown on mainstream TV. Yay for healthy lifestyle exposure!

Yin: Me either, I actually have no interest in becoming a vegan, although I would do it for the short term, at least, if I had cancer (macrobiotics.)

SunChild: Do you follow macrobiotic principles at all? Or just raw?

Hi Charmaine,

Can you tell us more about your diet?

Like what do you eat on a typical raw day in summer?

I am about 75% raw. When I go out, I have what I want but don't have chicken and meat, though, as these turn me off.

No processed foods if that is what you mean. I also do not like grains at all.
