The homeopath I used to work for gave Cats claw. I think it is super safe, as it is an herb. Of course, an herb is medicinal, too, but I don't think I need to say that here

Cat's claw is potent and can cause herxheimer reactions that are sometimes difficult to distinguish from the actual illness.
