Just wanted to know if anyone can recommend a supplement or remedy to prevent skin lesions from developing. About a week ago I had a strange mole removed from my upper back at the dermatologist, thankfully the test results came back normal. The thing is that I have very pale skin, and even a small amount of time in the Sun seems to cause this. Even with sunscreen applied. Might as well tell me to stop breathing if I can't even go out during sunny days...Ugh

Yes I have freckles, mostly on my shoulders and back though. Didnt have this problem when I was younger, its just now they(lesions) are sprouting on me.

I am really sorry to hear that, libra. A quick Google search returned a lot of varying results. Unfortunately, I have no recommendations for this. Hopefully, somebody else will chime in.
