I eat CRAZY good, but, evidently I am not getting what my body requires.

A fellow nurse told me her stories and awakened me to a particular brand of quality supplements.

3 weeks into a (expensive) daily regimin of necessary vitamins for a woman of my age..I can clearly feel the difference.

NO more terrible menopause symptoms, no more night sweats, no more hot flashes during the day...my arthritis is much more tolerable, even sciatica is ever lessening, and the only change I have made is in the quality of my supplements.

I, being of the clinical mind anyway, noticed that when I first began taking them my pee was normal colored. Not the bright yellow that we see when vitamins are injested, but normal. Now my pee is becoming a more brighter yellow. Tells me that when I first started taking the supplements my body was void of what I need so it stored, and now that I am stored up, I am beginning to pee off the "vitamins" not needed.

I dont know, but I can clearly state, I FEEL better, I can think better, etc.

I am also researching: "wheat belly" a topic when I am finished researching and experience it on my own~
