Hello!
I thought I would share my progress with you! I've been going gluten free on and off since 2011.

It's pretty easy for me to stick with it most of the time. Cause I know what gluten free food and products I like now.

NOW I am really seeing a difference.

Gluten free as much as I can + excersicing regualarly = I went down a whole clothing size and am the slimist and lightest I've ever been in my whole adulthood!

The Amy meals really have been helping me out with sticking with it!
BUT I depend on them a little bit too much...so much where I am starting to feel like I am on this Jenny Craig meal plan except with Amy products haha.

I'm to the point where I am saying man I need to learn how to cook!

Do you have any yummy gluten free recipes you would like to share?
Know of any websites?

haha I plan on making my own guacamole too...becuase I bought one at kroger that was sooooo processed and preserved that it tasted like "wtf!?" I had to spit it out it was that bad haha.

Hey

I'm GF too and have been for a long time now. I started at size 16 (aus) now am pants (12) which is a massive difference. All because GF! But most of all my gut is very happy and plan on doing colon hydrotherapy to cleanse the rest out.

Anyways, on a yummier note,I'll come back to this thread with my favorite recipes which I have been taking pictures of this week.

Glad to hear it works for you too !!!

I ended up making guac from scratch it was easy and so good. Also made mash potatoes from scratch...and I splurged a lot during the holidays but I'm ready to get back on track. Might get groceries tonight.

gluten-free girl - I had her books out of the library, and her husband is a chef who worked to make things that she could eat (or they could eat together).

I need to try some of the recipes, but whenever I try anything these days, much of the time the ingredients are so expensive.

This is last weeks food, the photos I took of the ones I was proud of. I will get around to posting the actual recipe but I really just threw the ingredients you can see together.

I was so proud of these! everyone loved them

STUFFED PEPPERS (aka STUFFED CAPSICUM)

I stuffed them with rice, tomato paste, onion, garlic, mixed veggies, salt and pepper (all of which I pre cooked)

Then all into the oven until it looks well done- the taste was like heaven

A boring and standard GF PASTA dish... bleh... I really do not like gluten free pasta or breads, what's the point really? I prefer to do away with anything bready because this kind of food still bloats me but still, is ok for weightloss.

This is just spinach, avo, garlic, onions and homemade blended tomatoes and then reduced via cooking into a sauce

mmm! Yes I made stuffed peppers, they turned out good.
And make guacamole from scratch sometimes. Though once in a while I do struggle with knowing when it's the right time to peel the avocados weather they are too firm or too spoiled.
