Anybody have any experience with the benefits of fenugreek? I've heard many things about it, mainly that it increases breast size! Yikes! Experience? Please share IP: Logged |

Depends on what your using it for and the amount your using. In order to have a significant increase in breast size you'd have to take it multiple times a day. Fenugreek it is really high in fiber and good for stabilizing blood sugar levels which as a result can cause weight loss. Higher fiber diet less intake of non-whole grain carbs the body becomes fuller. IP: Logged |

Thank you! Would it be harmful to take fenugreek in high doses? I know too much of anything can be bad, but I'm wondering if there are side effects that are more on the negative side. Thanks for your help IP: Logged |

I advise you if your anywhere between the age 14 and 17 I wouldn't take it because its chemical properties are similar to a dose of estrogen and It stimulates the breast tissue. Some women use it when they are nursing and need to increase milk flow. I have seen the results of this beware on my aunts lol.Side effects if used above the moderately suggested use nausea or stomach discomfort. For significant results 2 ounces a a day in seed form. Or 3grams in powder or capsules. IP: Logged |

Story time:My sister was taking fenugreek to keep milk on tap for her sonWell Fenugreek is like a fertility drug to women who have PCOS which she has. She was surprised to learn she was pregnant. So she now has "Irish twins" who are less than a year apart https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/life-style/health-fitness/home-remedies/find-the-cure-for-pcos-in-your-kitchen/articleshow/45176222.cms#:~:text=Fenugreek%20(Methi%20seed),in%20 maintaining%20normal%20insulin%20levels. I've read it's good for people to quit smoking too. I've bought the tea before. It sort of has a maple taste. IP: Logged |
