Hi guys, yesterday i started meditating properly for the first time. What I did was, I focused on my higher s-elf, imagining as a white light above me and the chord that connected me with my s-elf, within a few minutes i started feeling a tingling sensation on the top of my head. what does this mean?
Also, the next day, ie. today, i've begun to feel intense pressure(not painful) on my forehead, between my eyes and above my nose, it was persistent throughout my meditation and i started to see a glowing gold right in front of me, in the centre, a brilliant white light, and then i felt as if someone was walking in front of me, i could hear sliding footsteps.i then imagined seeing my room with my third-eye and i think i saw some bluish white energy just in front of me, standing in the room. later on, i felt as if a violet coloured energy engulfing my whole body. now what does this mean?
And now i can control the feeling of pressure on my third-eye area, i read somewhere that this means my third-eye and crown chakras are opening, is this true?IP: Logged |
