Hi everyone.
I started meditating two-three days ago. Here's what happened:
1st Day: i concentrated on the connection between my and my higher s-elf, and i felt a tingling sensation on the top of my head. And i felt a opposing force in between the palms of my hands when i tried moving them closer.
2nd Day: As i was reading something about CSF being the place where the soul expresses itself, suddenly i felt a pressure rising in between my eyes and above my nose, i thought it'd be better to meditate under this condition, and so I did. the pressure increased and was constant for awhile.and then i felt as if hot fumes were oozing out of my body.
I cannot understand.. What's happening?
