I love this stuff! Opening this thread, hoping to hear others' experiences using it therapeutically. I used it as part of a week-long detoxification fast when I was infertile in my early twenties. Got pregnant immediately after the fast (not intentionally, I just had no idea it would work, so I didn't take precautions) and have been too fertile ever since. I just bought an inexpensive container of calcium bentonite and tried using it for a face mask. There seem to be an infinite number of bentonite clay videos at YouTube The treatment was wild, the clay grips your face so hard that it pulsates and your skin is red for a while after you've rinsed it off...but I have to say my face seems noticeably smoother after one mask. My doctor said there's a food-grade one. She had made the mistake of swallowing the other... (Forgot to write down the name of the place to order it). I can call Monday when office opens again.Supposed to be natural way to rid parasites. IP: Logged |

Uh huh! Yes..Whole foods has the edible clay and the non-edible in separate aisles. Internally, it absorbs ALL kinds of toxins including radiation. Doesn't taste like much of anything, either. Externally, it cleans out your pores and evens out your skin. Plus you get the thrill of smearing ancient volcanic ash on yourself...connects you to the earth and its past. IP: Logged |

You can also use Diatomaceous Earth (fossilized algae).. as a face mask with raw honey and oatmeals, toothpaste with peppermint essential oil and stevia =D, and food grade can be consumed to attract bacteria, heavy metals, toxins, and parasites out of your system! Amazing stuffIP: Logged |

You mix it with water and drink it. Or it comes already dissolved in water. @mockingbird~ Calcium bentonite @LunaNight~ I <3 diatomaceous earth, it looks so pretty under a microscope. *raising my hand and saying "Yes I am a nerd."* I keep meaning to buy some but haven't stumbled across it yet.
