It wasn't so bad when I went back to work today.

I am really not sure if all these feelings I typed about myself are just in my own mind, made worse by a few negative experiences in the past.

Anyway, I have a necklace with peridot and onyx in it. When I researched these gemstones they seem to possess the appropriate properties needed at this time for protection from negativity both within and without, healing, clarity etc.

Edited to add:
Also "Septarian Dragonstone" is supposed to be very good for deflecting negativity.
