Has anyone else tried this? I've been working my way through two large bottles since last Saturday evening. Other than knowing for sure that I drink too little water (thanks to my stomach condition), I have to say that it seems like it's helped! I didn't have milk today, aside from my tea, so that might be part of it - and I had a few swallows of veggie juice before testing my ph this afternoon - but it tested as 7.5 and no longer dangerously acidic (my reading from about a month ago, and even a week ago). I ate some cheese and drank more tea, just to test it- because I've barely eaten anything today. It was just nice to see that purple on the strip, rather than a sicly green colour. IP: Logged |

Spoke too soon. I thought it was helping, but just checked it again (because of the tea and cheese), and it shot back down. I'd had tea earlier, but not much else, just the water and a few cookies. Damn. I was hoping it would help me to keep some cheese in my diet - I was able to keep down cheesecake last weekend (once). IP: Logged |

I used to pick up alkaline water alot, but don't know what kind of difference it made or not because I didnt have a method of testing it. It probably was beneficial in some ways, but it was expensive to boot.(are we talking about the same thing?) Alkalizing the body is supposed to cure many ills. IP: Logged |

I knew someone who installed an elaborate alkalizing filter at home and after a long use, their skin started getting dark spots. They now spray themselves with slightly acidic water for counter-balance. Seems unnecessary to me.IP: Logged |
