Yes, it sounds too good to be true, but there's a reason we don't know what causes these disorders. It's flora imbalance, and it can't be diagnosed with western medicine, nor will most doctors treat it despite Dr. Truss's reversing schizophrenia by treating candidiasis back in the 1970's. Consuming antibiotics (via meat as well), taking the birth control pill, having an impaired immune system from pregnancy, bottle feeding, corticosteroids, stress, poor diet consisting of heavy carbs, sugar, and yeasty foods such as beer or cheese, infection, old age, pollution, radiation, chronic use of pain killers or pharmaceutical drugs, and dental work all compromise gut flora. Due to the immune's system being overburdened by antigenic byproducts of imbalance and Candida's immune response inhibitors, rarely are flora imbalances corrected and they frequently get worse generation after generation. To further complicate matters, you can get flora imbalance from your partner through intercourse.
This woman has been curing these diseases for a while now, and her book is not available in the states. These disorders are related to flora imbalances and fueled by our Western lifestyle (moreso for Americans).

As a side note, and sunchild will hate this book, tooth decay can be reversed, and our 18 year molars were designed to fit in our jaw eating a proper diet.

Edit, other links to consider on happiness, anxiety, panic attacks, and mental illness concerning gut flora:

And kefir does etymologically derive from a turkish word for happy. Not surprisingly, the L Rhamnosus strain found in it is implicated in happiness!
